Mandy has extensive experience in delivering health care services in complex systems across diverse health, educational, community and social care settings. She has worked as a clinician, academic and organisational leader at board level, and The Sewing Rooms is very excited to welcome her as an advisor.
Mandy has a proven track record of leading sustainable strategic change, along with improvement and innovation in the quality and value of services for people who use them. She inspires leadership in others and has a deep respect for the intrinsic resourcefulness of people. She enjoys developing novel partnerships and relationships that stimulate fresh ideas, facilitate authentic dialogue and produce practical solutions for people and places.

Pauline has more than 35 years of experience in the public and third sectors, with a variety of leadership roles in varying fields. She focuses on creative solutions, mapping change and innovation and is passionate about equality and human rights.
Pauline is currently working with organisations as a leadership coach and delivering community workshops on resilience and wellbeing.
Committed to working with new enterprises delivering great health and education outcomes, Pauline has previously worked as the Director of Autism; been a board member for Franchising works (an organisation that helps unemployed people back to work); delivered stress reduction programmes for the NHS; and delivered community-based action learning sessions on starting your own business in partnership with local housing associations.
Caighli Taylor is a Criminal Barrister based in Bristol, originally from Skelmersdale. She has extensive experience in working with the most disadvantaged and vulnerable people in society and has always had a keen interest in promoting social justice and equality, along with a strong belief in the need for a rehabilitative justice system and inclusive equal society.
She also has a keen interest in fashion and textiles, having recently launched her first collection and is shortly going to launch her own clothing label. Caighli is excited to be part of The Sewing Rooms’ Advisory Board and hopes to add to its innovative concept and inspirational message.
Keely is a writer and editor with more than 10 years of experience spanning both the public and private sectors. Her speciality is crisp, concise copy and the ability to nose out the success story (sometimes hidden) in the hard work being completed day after day.
Her work spans corporate communications, public relations, journalism and creative writing. She regularly contributes to and manages production of policy papers, website copy, newspaper articles, in-depth interviews, annual reports, newsletters, branding, design and printed publications.
Gender equality, ageing, politics, media, sport and the arts are Keely’s particular areas of interest and expertise. She also runs the on-line library called Postcards: Anecdotes of Lives Well-lived of personal reminiscences from people over the age of 50.
